Fails to work in some browsers, like Netscape 4. Slows down scrolling in
other browsers, like IExplorer. It's always a bit confusing to scroll text
on top of such a background.

If I don't remember CSS syntax, I use the Ctrl+F5 shortcut in Netpadd, which
you can download at
