For PDS:

BC PARSER.BAS /O/Ot/Fs/G2; [/G2 if you have a 286 or greater]
LINK /Q PARSER.OBJ
And type QBXQLB.LIB at the LIB prompt

For QB45:

BC PARSER.BAS /O/Ot

LINK /Q PARSER.OBJ
and type QBXQLB.LIB at the LIB prompt
