Sprites
There were 720 single sprite cells. Each sprite has an animation of 4 directions at 2 cells. Most sprites were done with 2 races and 2 genders. Unique sprites (non-party characters) were done in only one version. All sprites are 32*32 pixels of a 256 color palette.
Backgrounds
These are 24- bit color backgrounds for the fighting screens. The lower 220 pixels are the ground-tiles.
